What an adorable shoe and so comfortable to walk in. Problem was I ordered my normal size 8, one shoe fit, the other was way too large. Could have just been the one pair but don't want to spend the money for shipping and trying another pair. -

I would continue wearing your 4" heels if you feel comfortable with them. Use the situation when men just look to your sexy slender legs ;-). Besides this, show them that you do a good job with facts and results.

Well, it's out of character for your age and sex, but if it makes you happy - go for it! I think they're cool. Maybe you could wear pants to cover most of them so you can still see the style, but it's not as odd. Also, I'm not sure I'd wear a red shirt... it looks a little too
